Hilleberg the Tentmaker is now looking for a German speaking sales professional for the European market.
As a sales representative, you will build and maintain our relationships with existing dealers. This means working with long-term and credible sales, where we place great emphasis on supplying competence to our products, good service and accessibility for our customers. It also means that you have regular contact with dealers and manage deadlines, prices and ensure that payments are handled on time. You ensure that we are marketed according to our wishes, both in store and on websites. You also collaborate with the marketing department in Seattle on marketing in the markets you are responsible for.
As a person, you are a good administrator and can plan and organize your work. You have experience in establishing a marketing plan and budget, and you have worked with follow-ups and reporting. You will follow the developments in the markets you are responsible for and report monthly to the operations manager and management.
For this position you must be an outdoor enthusiast who enjoys the outdoors and has experience from spending many nights in tents. We would like you to have a network in the outdoor market and experience of working in our industry.
In the role you need to have good written and oral knowledge in Swedish, English and German. You should be a team player who shows respect for your colleagues and management in addition to commitment to your work tasks.
The service currently entails about 10 weeks of travel per year. During these weeks you perform clinics with our customers, have customer meetings and participate in fairs and events. You are part of organizing and leading our mountain tours aimed at retailers in order to educate and sell our brand and our products.
At Hilleberg the Tentmaker, it goes without saying that we all employees have good knowledge of our products and how they are used in the best way, so tent tours are a part of our everyday lives both privately and occasionally during working hours.
The job is full time and you will have a monthly salary. Start date upon agreement. Location is Frösön, Sweden.
